Belotero, Juvederm,& Restylane

  • What are lip fillers made of?

    Hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance found throughout the body. HA is attracted to water keeping the skin plump and hydrated. Injecting HA helps reduce the fine lines and wrinkles, facial folds, create structure and framework, and/or adds volume to face and lips. The results are immediate.

  • Will my results look natural?

    YES! We talk about your expectations and implement them for a natural look.

  • Are lip injections painful?

    Typically, we numb with topical or with an injection, so the pain is minimal.

  • What should I expect after the injection?

    Most common side effects are bruising, redness, swelling, and tenderness. 

  • Is there anything I need to do?

    Apply cool compresses to the injected site gently for 5 minutes up to 4 times a day. Reduce facial expressions/lip pursing for 48 hours. Keep head elevated while sleeping. Stay hydrated. 

  • What do I need to avoid?

    The CoolSculpting procedure is FDA-cleared for the flank (love handles), abdomen, and thigh.  With over one million CoolSculpting treatments performed worldwide, it is proven to be a safe and effective treatment for non-surgical fat reduction.

    Typically, 3 months

  • How many units will I need?

    Usually 15 days, in some cases results can onset as soon as 5 days.

  • Do the injections hurt?

    Most feel a pin prick and light pressure in the injection site.

Radiesse

  • What is Radiesse used for?

    Radiesse is used for volume loss and sculpting.

  • Does Radiesse hurt?

    We offer numbing for minimal discomfort.

  • When will I see results?

    Immediately!

  • What do I need to avoid after injection?

    Avoid massaging the area, rubbing and touching the area. Avoid aggressive scrubbing or rubbing in the area.

Sublative

  • What is a sublative?

    Sublative uses radiofrequency energy that is precisely directed into the skin in the form of a matrix to reduce mild to moderate wrinkles and textural irregularities.

  • Does a Sublative hurt?

    During treatment, many patients feel a warm prickly sensation as energy enters their skin.

  • What do I expect after treatment?

    After treatment, a pink or red "sunburn" appearance is common.

  • Is there downtime?

    During a period of one week post-treatment, the treated skin may begin to darken and flake.

Laser Hair Reduction

  • How does LHR work?

    With the LHR machine, the laser will pass through the skin to reach the hair follicle without causing damage to the surrounding skin. As your hair follicles absorb the heat produced by the brief beams of light, the bulb of the hair follicle will become damaged and prevent further hair growth.

  • How many treatments will I need?

    With different skin and hair types as well as hair growth cycles, it is best to have a free consultation with us to discuss the number of treatments.

  • What do I expect after treatment?

    Your skin may feel sensitive and redness may occur. 

Photofacials

  • What is a photofacial?

    Photofacial, also known as Intense Pulse Light, combines radio frequency and light energies to correct dark and red spots, spider veins, as well as skin conditions caused by sun damage.

  • When will I see my results?

    Typically results develop about two weeks post treatment.

  • Are there any side effects?

    The pigmented areas may get worse before they get better with mild inflammation and pinkness for 1-3 days is common.
